Sessions 8 and 9 are very important studies of Hebrews 4. We have looked at how God rested on the seventh day and then we jumped to Hebrews 4 to see what the writer says about God’s resting. He tells us that we should labor to enter God’s rest because the person who has entered that rest has ceased from his works as God did from His. What does this mean as a theological truth, and what does it mean in the everyday life of the Christian?
